What is a collage?
The term collage refers to an image that has been put together from artist made papers and found materials. Jackie paints and prints papers for the sole use of creating these pieces of artwork, along with recycling older pieces which are cut up and included in a new piece. Often the collage is drawn and painted over using coloured pencils, watercolour and paint.
